Parmesan Baked Cod

Foodies Haven has arrived with a brand new recipe.  My Parmesan Baked Cod is perfect with almost any side.  You can try this for a romantic dinner, or lunch with the kids.  Try out this recipe and let me know your thoughts.  I prepared this dish with steamed spinach.  Let me know what sides you tried with this dish and how’d you like it.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
4 Cod Fillets Fresh
3/4cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Parsley

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mark as complete

Drizzle cod with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Mark as complete

In a small mixing bowl, combine parmesan, paprika, and parsley. Sprinkle parmesan mixture over both sides of cod, pressing lightly so it adheres.

Place cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Mark as complete

Bake cod filets for 10-15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fillet. Enjoy!
