Preheat oven to 325 Mark as complete
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, milk, and banana. Add flour mixture and mix with hand mixer for about 3 minutes or until completely blended. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the walnuts.
Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the top.
