Preheat oven to 400 ℉
Drizzle cod with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
In a small mixing bowl, combine parmesan, paprika, and parsley. Sprinkle parmesan mixture over both sides of cod, pressing lightly so it adheres.
Place cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Bake cod filets for 10-15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the fillet. Enjoy!
