Buttermilk Kitchen is certainly a hidden gem the restaurant is amazing, the only thing I can complain about is not coming sooner! It is located off of Roswell Rd in Buckhead not too far from Chastain Park. Which is amazing you can either get take out and enjoy your food at the park or take a walk around the park after. The restaurant has an old rustic house feel with a special chic touch. Because from the outside the restaurant looks like it was once a house that was converted into a restaurant. The best advice I can give you is to go early or go on a weekday! Buttermilk Kitchen is known to get packed very quickly and have a long wait. NO, you can’t make reservations.

They have free parking located in front of the restaurant and overflow parking located behind the restaurant. The parking lot usually gets packed fast because it’s super small. But they have a list of places you can park without worrying if you’ll get towed.

The menu is short and straight to the point. They have a few unique main dishes to select from, and many side options. They provide an à la carte menu which means everything is served separately. So, it can get expensive pretty fast but well worth it. If you’re having a hard time deciding, go with the chicken biscuit I’ve only heard great things about them. Also, I’m pretty sure by the way they were coming out every minute it was an unwritten rule that each table must order a massive homemade biscuit.
