1 Medium Onion Chopped
2lb(s) Zucchini Grated Zucchini
½ lb(s) Ground Italian Sausage
3 Eggs Beaten Eggs
1/3cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Preheat oven to 350 F

Put zucchini in a strainer and drain off any excess liquid.
