6 Graham Cracker Sheets
3/4cup Pecans
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
6tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4cup Lime Juice
28oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2cup Sour Cream
2 Egg Yolks
1 Key Limes Zested
1cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2tsp Vanilla Extract
3tbsp Powdered Sugar

Directions

Pecan Graham Cracker Crust

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Melt butter and set aside. Add graham crackers and pecans to a food processor, blender or a large freezer bag with rolling pin. Pulse or crush until coarsely ground. Add brown sugar and butter and continue pulsing until finely ground and completely combined.
