2cups Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
1/4cup Brown Sugar
1tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1tbsp Vanilla Extract
2tbsp Milk
3Ripe Banana Mashed with a fork
1/2 cup Walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir well and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, milk, and banana. Add flour mixture and mix with hand mixer for about 3 minutes or until completely blended. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the walnuts.
